We walk everywhere. I walk to and from work, which is about a 20 minute walk going there (downhill) and 30 back (uphill). It rains a lot.
I know this will come as a shock, but walking in the rain for over an hour a day in 55-60 degree weather WILL result in getting sick.
But I'm feeling much better!

This is so cool. What a wonderful idea. I'll have to bring it up for Alex in the morning. Such a nice surprise seeing two pictures of the kids pop up. I have a blog, too. I'll e-mail you the address. Have you guys found a place yet?
We have a great house lined up in a nearby village called Radcliffe-on-Trent. It's about 5 miles from Nott. and Emil can take the bus or train to work. We'll get a car (and driving lessons!) eventually so that I'll have a vehicle for activities out of walking/bus distance. We're just waiting on paperwork from Cap One to move in... the house is ready. I'll try to send you a link with the realtor's website photo of the outside and inside rooms. It really fits us!
